These Terms of Service govern your use of berenford.com and any purchase made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The Maison: Berenford is an Italo-Swiss eyewear house based in Lugano, Switzerland, operated by Thunderball Sagl (UID/VAT CHE-259.546.739). Contact: info@berenford.com.
Products & pricing: prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes where required. Each model is a numbered Limited Edition of 100; once an edition is sold out it is not reproduced. Slight variation in colour and grain is inherent to handmade acetate and is not a defect.
Orders: an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, and may cancel and refund in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
Shipping, returns & guarantee: complimentary worldwide shipping is included with every order; delivery times and duties are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns and the two-year guarantee are governed by our Refund policy.
Intellectual property: the Berenford name, the leopard emblem, and all imagery, text, designs and frame shapes belong to Berenford and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it unlawfully, or use its content for commercial purposes without consent.
Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, Berenford is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes: we may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the moment of your order applies to that order.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with the courts of Lugano having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
